So I just did some crazy research on diet plans because my thighs are getting bigger. They say I need to burn about 1000 calories per day which is really crazy so I took the slow paced one since I am also having hectic Trainings. Which is burn 600 calories a day and I am only allowed to eat 400 calories of food which are just like strawberries, lettuce, cabbage, white mushrooms, etc. Wholemeal bread alone is already around 178 calories for a slice for a day and it's not filling. So I decided to eat fruits like honeydew etc. Which is actually wrong!! Because I just got to know that we burn like thousands of calories per day and we need to eat around 3000-4000 calories per day. On my non training days as I do not consume as much energy. Note: if you are doing workouts, do not just consume 3-4000 calories per day. If you are doing 30 minutes cardio consume around 5000 calories before your cardio. It depends on what you are doing too.
