DAY 1
Dad took this picture on the plane when towards New Zealand from Sydney.
The flight was tormenting.
I had sinus and flu so it was crazy on the flight.
But I gotta say that I was really well fed.
Before heading to Sydney from Singapore, I had Texas chicken for dinner.
We headed up the plane and less than 2 hours, they served us dinner. Then,
an hour or so later, they served us breakfast due to the time difference.
So I went on the plane from Sydney to New Zealand, ChristChurch, they fed us breakfast again.
Like ohmygod.
We were all stuffed.
When we touched down at Christchurch, we took a cab to a bed and breakfast homestay for a night.
It was called st.james bed and breakfast. Runned by margret.
She had the most lovely house i have ever seen!!!
The bathroom and everything was awesome!!!!
She even placed fresh orchids!!!

The room was so warming and they even had a sewing machine!!!
They even have a cat called PusPus. She's such a cutie.
She likes posing. They have a dog but I didn't have a picture here.

Apparently, they have a pony and Margret, the owner of the house
has a daughter who used to bring the pony for stunt riding!
This is their neighbor's white horse!!!
So, we stayed there for a night.
DAY 2
Margret had great cooking skills.
Her bacon and eggs was awesome!
She even made lemon muffins out of her lemon tree.
Delicious!
Margret drove us to pick up the campervan after breakfast.
After we collected our campervan, I swear we spend an hour cleaning up because
it was way too dirty.
Dad drove to Kaikoura from ChristChurch.
This is the moonlight and 9pm.
We spend a night at a beach and it was damn cold.
In the middle of the night, we realised we were parked near a pub...
So they were clubbing, blasting music....
It was tough.
DAY 3
woke up in the morning and it was super cold.
Shivering all over.
The place where we parked our campervan.
Look how isolated is New Zealand.
It's so quiet.
Beautiful things.
I can't make out what is that exactly.
We managed to buy some souvenirs around this town!
Then we headed around to see the seals.
Already the third day in NZ and it's so beautiful.
I just wanna stay here forever.
Look at these seals! They are like slugs.
Oh, and we had some incredible vews there too.
This picture wasn't really clear but it was beautiful out there.
The water here is so clean and clear!!!
They are so much lazier than anyone I have ever known in my life!
In a way, they were just so cute!!!
Next, we went to the petrol station to shower.
Okay, just to set in striaght, we were staying in a campervan.
The toilet/bath room is just about nine squares big and
four squares area for you to literally fidget around.
There was no hot water for you to shower and you cant
lock the door.
I didnt take picture of the bathroom but it was literally small.
here's the campervan anyway.
You see the black driver's seat?
on top the driver's seat it is a bed and big brother and I slept up there.
then you see the brown seat head behind the driver's seat?
it is a dining table cum bed.
beside it is the stove and the basin.
Then behind the bed, there's the toilet.
Infront of the toilet, it is a mini fridge and the counter.
Then the place I am standing, it is a huge bed cum dining table too,
Back to point.
So, we had to pay a $4 coin for a 4 min of hot water available to shower.
How pathetic.
Oh well, clean water.
Then we headed for lunch. It was already about 3-4pm
The town was empty.
GHOST TOWN.
It is because New Zealanders closes shop at 3pm.
Like omg.
So we just decided to shop for groceries and headed to a holiday park
motor camp for the night.
This is only where the campervan can charge in electricity
and we can start using the heater, and electricity.
We had some BBQ there and as usual, my big brother did the cooking.
Dad and I did the dishes.
Later at night, mom and I did the laundry.
The evening sunset I caught.
It was always beautiful.
we had some good clean and long shower then headed for a
peaceful night.
DAY 4
Had a cold morning as usual.
Then we had breakfast, etc.
Headed out to Picton.
For lunch.
Then we headed to havelock
and I found a thriftshop!!!
Bought a hoodie from there and a necklace!
Then, we headed to a motor camp
called sedon ava tree motor camp
for the night.
Had dinner, warm shower,etc.

DAY 5
Every morning as usual and the bathroom was locked.
So I had to wash my hair in the basin with mom.
Amazingly, there was hot water.
It was a bonus for us!!
Then we headed down to mall near Kaikoura and went to New World!
(NEW WORLD is like a grocery store like eg. Shop and save, etc.)
Mom and Brother went to shop for groceries for dinner
while I went to shop for some nailpolishes and lipglosses!!!
I bought them only $8 at a shop called POSTIE and it was so freaking cute!!!
Then we went to a beach around Kaikoura.
Mom and Brother cooked lunch
while dad and I headed down the beach to do some
treasure hunting and skipping stones!
Their beaches were always beautiful and clean!
Then dad drove to waiau motor camp for the night runned by
Ron and his wife.
Oh, on the way to Waiau, we saw LAMAS.
Like what the fuck?
I thought they just appeared on Jimmy Newtron and it was Carl's obession.
Brother and I were so darn amazed and excited so we went
RAN down the campervan and made idiotic sounds to them.
I had a picture in my instagram (@bipolareuphoria).
So, when we reached Waiau camp,
Amazingly, they have a cat and a dog too.
They have a trampoline, great kitchen, shower and they small forest for us to
walk through and head us to the river!!
So, dad and I walked down there to the river and I got to practice
skipping stones again!!!
Then brother joined us along with mom too.
So went we decided to go back, brother and I went the other route.
And we got lost.
LIKE FUCKING LITERALLY LOST.
then we decided to just keep walking.
Further more it's newzealand.
People aren't that mean...
Right.
Maybe.
And then, brother had this theory of just keeping with the left whenever
we come to a junction...
So yeah, we walked further and futher.
Like there was never ending.
AND GUESS WHAT?!
we were wearing slippers. . .
It's like "hey, let's go walk a thousand kilometers on gravel and sand?"
"yeah sure."
"oh, another thing. with our slippers"
ARE. YOU. FUCKING. KIDDING. ME.
SO YEAH.
life goes on.
Then we got really bored.
So we came up with crazy imaginations.
My brother was saying if we ever find a door back to Singapore,
we couldn't tell anyone so we can come back
new zealand any time.
And he said maybe we might Ice Queen from Narnia the show
later on. Like OMFG.
And I joined the conversation saying
"maybe cheers (my dog) is the lion?"
We both baffled because she is a scared and lazy dog while the lion in Narnia,
he is always bold and energetic.
Too bad, I forgot to bring my DSLR along...
Well, finally, we found our way...
to another river...
And we saw a farm house too...
But no one was there.
There was no signal and there was no one at all..
So we had to talk to the birds...
JOKING.
We finally guessed our way out.
It was kinda scary...
We head back for a shower and brother started cooking.
Then had dinner.
Brother and I had to help out to do the laundry.
So, it was at night and the clothes couldnt dry so we had to hang the clothes...
And it was freezing...
We were shivering while hanging all the clothes up!!!
It was so cold that we couldnt feel our fingers...
What a day.
Had a good night sleep.
DAY 6
Went for morning walk with big brother but towards the river only...
And brought my DSLR!!!
This was on the way to the river.
They had so many of these flowers..
Brother and I caught this bird singing.
Still on the way there...

Brother and I looking for some 'proper' stones and I had leg cramps
because the water was way too cold.
Then, we head back to the campervan..
Washed up and had breakfast.
Mom and dad still doing those laundry, etc.
So brother and I sat at the mini playground that is filled with cobweb.
And we started to do weird stuffs and talking about the future.
I mean, this is the only thing we can do which is bond.
There is nothing to distract us at all..
UNTIL.
we spotted a trampoline.
Not those small ones but the huge ones. Those real bouncy ones.
Ideas came to our mind and we gave each other dirty looks and ran forward
for the trampoline.
We did those super high jumps etc.
It was super fun.
Then momma called so we headed out for Hammer Springs.
Again, long ride there..
Didn't have a photo of hammer springs but great place!!
We had a chance to soak in hot water.
It is a good chance to bring some texture to skin too!!
So brother and I headed into this super hot pool.
42 degrees celcius. FUCKING KIDDING ME.
It is a sulphur pool.
it smelled like egg nog.
I hesitated a few times then got in.
The pool actually helped to relax our body.
then we went to find dad and mom and head to the showers.
After hammer springs, we were all refreshed and relaxed.
AND HUNGRY.
So we headed to this restaurant called mumbles.
I ate an open sandwich. GREAT MEAL.
Then after that we head back to the campervan and dad head his way to
Christchurch...
We were all full and relaxed so brother and I fell asleep already.
We decided to park outside Margret's place (St.James B&B)
for a night.
It was one of the best nights because there was no cold wind at all.
DAY 7
This was one of those days that I felt really relieved and on a freaking holiday.
Mom decided to stay another night at margret's place.
Only, this time I shared the same room and bed with my brother and
my parents took the other room..
So this was what happened the whole day...
We played with pus pus and spoodle and then had breakfast that brother cooked.
washed up and headed down to the down for shopping!!!
Had pretty great buys and cheap ones.
Then we had dinner and watched some television in bed with brother..
It was rather an interesting night.
Pus pus came in the room so we allowed her up the bed and she
started to snuggle with us and she did a pose!!
How cute is this cat?!
Then, we caught a glimpse of gordan ramsay show, hotel hell.
it was awesome!!
We turn the lights off and dozed off.
DAY 8
Literally waking up with a smile because there was bed warmer and
it was so nice...
Guess what?! it is margret's birthday!!
So brother and I went down to wish her!
Had breakfast that margret cooked.
The greedy spoodle came and asked for bacon so I snapped a picture of her!
And then we sent Margret off along with spoodle because it was her birthday
and her children are celebrating for her.
Funny thing is that how we sent her off is as if it was our house..
Hahah. Anyway, we had our last best shower then head off to the airport
to pick my second brother up. Then we head off striaght to St.Andrew Motor camp
for the night. As usual, my big brother cooked dinner and we shower then
head to bed early.
